Before a single material is pulled or a floor plan is touched, we get to know you. We review your plans, send a detailed design questionnaire, and meet with you twice — first to align on goals, and again to present our initial concept direction with physical samples in hand. In between, our team works internally to synthesize your feedback and develop the preliminary Design Deck. By the end of this phase, we're fully aligned on creative direction and ready to build.

This is the heart of what we do — and where the most work happens. We develop floor plans, wall elevations, and 3D renderings for every room in scope, while simultaneously sourcing and specifying every finish, fixture, and furnishing your project requires inside and out. We present the complete design to you formally, work through revisions together, and don't move forward until every detail is exactly right and signed off. Before we hand anything to your contractor, we prepare a full reference package so every trade has exactly what they need to execute the design as intended.

Once the design is approved, we place and manage every order on your behalf. All items are received and inspected at our preferred warehouse local to the project before they ever reach your home — so any issues are caught and resolved long before install day. We maintain a live order tracking report in our software so you always know exactly where every item stands. Nothing gets delivered until it's been cleared by our team.

While your contractor and trades are building, we're actively on site — conducting regular visits, coordinating with trades, and making sure every detail is being executed exactly as intended. This phase also includes the finish-level decisions that are better made in the real space than on paper — final paint colors, stain selections, lighting adjustments, and millwork details that come up naturally as the build progresses. We're there for all of it so nothing gets resolved without our input.

For project scopes that include furnishings, this is the moment everything has been building toward. We arrive on install day, direct every delivery, and place every piece of furniture, lighting, art, and décor with intention — layering the space until it feels complete, cohesive, and entirely yours. When it's ready, we walk you through your finished space for the very first time. Every detail in place.
Full-service design is billed hourly with a non-refundable retainer required to begin. Because every project is completely unique, we're unable to share exact investment figures upfront — but minimum design fees start at $10,000 for a single room scope. Before we design a single thing, we get to know you. We'll send over our design questionnaire covering your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budget — and take the time to review everything thoroughly before any creative work begins. This is how we make sure every decision we make is rooted in your vision, not ours.

With your questionnaire in hand, we get to work. We develop two unique concept design directions for your space — each presented as a complete package including a moodboard, material board, floor plan, and elevations and 3D renderings where applicable. Two directions, two distinct visions, so you can see the range of what's possible.

We share both concept directions with you through our design platform, where you can review everything at your own pace. We'll ask you to leave feedback directly on the designs — sharing which direction resonates, what you'd keep, and what you'd change. This is your chance to shape the design before we finalize anything.

Our team reviews your feedback carefully and gets to work refining the design. We update all documents, source new options where needed, and adapt the direction based on everything you shared. The goal is simple — take what was great and make it exactly right.

Once the design is finalized, we package everything up and deliver it to you digitally. You'll receive the complete final design along with a clear, organized shopping list so implementation on your end is as straightforward as possible. From here, the design is yours to bring to life.
Our virtual design service is offered at a flat fee based on the room type, scale, and level of design support needed. Inquire with us to share details about your space and receive a personalized design proposal.
Project minimum: $2,500.
